The Office of Senator Pia S. Cayetano held another series of successful healthcare seminars, this time in the province of Bulacan.
The seminar in Calumpit, which is in partnership with BM Allan Andan, drew over 200 local participants. BM Andan thanked the Senator and her team for their efforts, noting the significant impact of bringing health education to the community.
Meanwhile, around 300 women attended the seminar in Malolos, which is in collaboration with Mayor Christian Natividad represented by City Administrator Joel Eugenio. He noted the importance of information campaigns especially for women and children, and emphasized the full support of the local government for health initiatives.
This seminar series is part of Senator Cayetano’s nationwide initiative to empower mothers and care providers with accurate health information, covering important topics such as prenatal and postnatal care and child nutrition.
Dra. Vivian Eustaquio, the resource speaker from Senator Cayetano’s team, reiterated the Senator’s commitment to improving maternal and child health outcomes and to supporting women in their dual roles as primary care providers in the home and active members of the workforce.#
